If you already feel clear and ready to begin, you may schedule your first session directly without an Orientation Call.
The first session includes:
• Therapeutic dialogue
• Somatic assessment
• Initial body mapping
• Clear definition of your therapeutic direction
Many clients prefer to begin directly and use the first session as both assessment and initiation.
