The Process

Verbal & Somatic Assessment

The work integrates deep therapeutic conversation with body-based exploration.

Dialogue allows us to understand:

• Relational history
• Sexual conditioning
• Emotional and mental patterns
• Current situation and present concerns

Somatic assessment allows the body to reveal patterns of:

• Tension
• Numbness or disconnection
• Overactivation
• Dissociation

Many of these patterns are not accessible through verbal narrative alone.

The therapeutic direction emerges from the integration of both levels.

The body sets the pace.

The work integrates therapeutic conversation with body-based exploration.

Dialogue allows us to understand relational history, sexual conditioning, emotional patterns and current concerns.

Somatic assessment allows the body to reveal patterns of tension, numbness, overactivation or dissociation that may not be accessible through narrative alone.

The therapeutic direction emerges from the integration of both.

The body informs the pacing.

A Somatic and Tantric-Informed Framework

This process is body-based and informed by tantric philosophy.

Here, Tantra is not ritual or ideology.
It refers to the cultivation of presence, breath awareness, and conscious embodiment within the erotic dimension of life.

Sacred Sexuality, in this context, means approaching sexuality with:

• Psychological responsibility
• Emotional integration
• Body awareness

The goal is not intensity.
It is integration.

Progressive Phases

Although each path is personalized, the work often unfolds through evolving dimensions:

1. Understanding your body & mind map

Through structured frameworks and a personalized understanding of your profile, conscious re-education becomes possible.

You develop greater clarity about yourself and your sexuality from the perspective of Sacred Sexuality and integrative therapeutic tools.

2. Stabilization & Regulation/ Emotional Integration

Support for the nervous system to soften contraction and restore a sense of internal safety.

Work with stored emotional patterns, shame, and relational conditioning.

3. Conscious Erotic Development

Expanding the capacity to feel, connect and inhabit sexuality with presence and internal vitality. Creating a relationship with your sexual energy & how to play with it.

Introducing conscious kink dynamics as a tool for depth, expansion & healing.

Evolution of the Process

Each session is unique and builds upon the previous one.
Each process is fully personalized.
Every session is different because each person is unique.

We work at your pace, integrating exercises and home practices that support your transformation beyond the session.

Sustainable change develops through repetition, practice, and integration into daily life.

Process Duration

Meaningful therapeutic shifts typically begin to emerge after approximately four sessions.

For deeper restructuring and integration, an eight-session process is generally recommended.

Continuation beyond this point depends on individual goals and progression.

Ethics and Professional Boundaries

Clarity, containment, and mutual responsibility. Sacred Sexuality Therapy is conducted within a structured and ethical therapeutic framework. This work addresses sexual health, but it is not a sexual service. It is a somatic, therapeutic, and educational process grounded in clear professional boundaries and informed consent.

Informed Consent

Consent is discussed clearly before beginning any body-based work and remains active throughout the entire process. Safety is not assumed — it is actively built and maintained.

Non-Sexual Therapeutic Context

Although sexuality is the area of focus, sessions take place within a non-sexual therapeutic context. The objective is nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and body awareness.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Personal information and therapeutic content are handled with discretion and absolute respect.

Scope of Work

Sacred Sexuality Therapy does not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Individuals with medical or psychiatric conditions must maintain appropriate professional care. This work may complement medical support.

In cases related to sexual health — such as regulation difficulties, erectile instability, ejaculatory control, pelvic tension, or pain — therapeutic somatic work has supported significant improvement for many individuals. Results depend on personal commitment, consistency, and individual process.

Professional Responsibility

This work requires maturity, openness, and personal responsibility. It is not appropriate for individuals seeking:

• Explicit sexual interaction
• Reciprocal physical contact
• Erotic entertainment
• Immediate intensity without structure

Sacred Sexuality Therapy is a contained therapeutic process designed for integration and conscious development.
